Rules to follow
Body Weights Category :
Men:
75 Kg. , 85 Kg., 95 Kg., 105 Kg. 120 Kg. And Above
Women:
70 kg. 80 kg. 90 kg. And above.
LOG LIFT /MAX:
- A stainless steel or Iron standardized log will be used in an official competition.
- Increasing weight is 5 kg, for world record 1 kg.
- Platform sizes: 2,8mx2,8m
- Using the head is not allowed.
- Back dropping after the attempt is not allowed
- Feet must be in one line
- Elbows must be locked out for at least 1 second and steady standing.
- Elbow warmers are allowed.
Attempts:
- All athletes have 3 attempts.
- Only for world record athletes can use 4 attempt.
- The 4e attempt doesn’t t count for the competition.
- For one attempt the athlete have 60 sec. time limit.
- After the athlete is invited , he must start in 30 sec.
- For reps , the time limit is 60 sec for 1 attempt only.
FARMERS WALK:
Athletes can do farmers walk with different weights and equipment.
Main goal is to walk a distance with same weight in each hand. This can be variable from 100kg. until 160 kg.
The distance is also variable. From 40meter to until 80 meter on time limit ( 75 sec.) Drops are allowed than.
Or for distance. As far as possible without any dropping the equipment.
DEADLIFT MAX / or REPS:
- The deadlift bar /or car /or other apparatus must be lifted until body is full stretched out.
- Hitching is allowed.
- Sumo style is NOT allowed
- De bar /or car /or other apparatus must be lifted until body is full stretched out.
- Signal of the referee will count.
- Power suit and knee wraps are allowed
- All athletes have 3 attempts.
- Only for world record athletes can use 4 attempt.
- The 4e attempt doesn’t t count for the competition.
- For one attempt the athlete have 60 sec. time limit.
- After the athlete is invited , he must start in 30 sec.
- For reps , the time limit is 60 sec for 1 attempt only.
SQUAT:
- The Squat with bar /or car /or other apparatus must be on the athlete shoulder/neck.
- The athlete have to go down with this until at least parallel.
- Shaking is allowed
- Power suit and knee wraps are allowed
- All athletes have 3 attempts.
- Only for world record athletes can use 4 attempt.
- The 4e attempt doesn’t t count for the competition.
- For one attempt the athlete have 60 sec. time limit.
- After the athlete is invited , he must start in 30 sec.
- For reps , the time limit is 60 sec for 1 attempt only.
SLEDGE PULL/ Powler Sledge :
- Athletes can do sledge pulling with different weights and equipment.
- Main goal is to drag the equipment with a weight as set by the organizer. This can be variable from 200 until 400 kg.
- The distance is also variable. From 25 until 40 meter on time limit ( 75 sec.)
- Or for distance. As far as possible in a time limit of 60 seconds.
- At the sledge, there must be a strong grip handle to pull fairly.
- Referees will always decide the best option in here.
ATHLETE REGULATION :
- All athletes must sign a legally binding membership with the Strongman India
- Annual registration fee payable to Strongman India is Rs.1,000 per annum.
- There will be entry fee payable for events for regional, states or National
- Championships as per schedule fees.
- There will be appearance fees for International titled events. (i.e. European Championship & SCL World Championship etc). Sanction fees and prize levels for title events to be mutually agreed between the Strongman India.
- Title events, taking place in an Organisation states, that are organized entirely by Strongman India .
- All the athletic details name, photo, record, contact details must be upload in to Strongman India’s Website and it will be update time o time
- Strongman India Provide I’D Card to their members for participate any championship.
- Strongman India will Issue Competition Certificate for regional, and national . – After national selection the athletic will participate SCL World Championship, and it will recognize by Strongman India and interested Athletic will pay the fee for participate that event
